PMO Transformation Manager

We have partnered with a major conglomerate undergoing a significant business transformation to hire a PMO Transformation Manager. This is a key role focused on building and scaling PMO structures to support the delivery of complex change programmes across the group.

You'll be responsible for embedding governance, driving consistency, and creating visibility across a dynamic and evolving portfolio. This is not a delivery role, it's about enabling delivery through control, structure, and insight.

About the role:

• Support the design and rollout of a centralised PMO function to oversee cross-functional transformation programmes
• Implement governance frameworks, reporting standards, and portfolio tracking tools
• Monitor project performance, risk exposure, and interdependencies across initiatives
• Provide programme leads and senior executives with reliable data and actionable insight
• Ensure alignment of programmes with strategic priorities and escalate issues where necessary
• Drive accountability and consistency across all transformation activity

About you:

• Proven experience in PMO or programme assurance roles within transformation environments
• Strong understanding of governance, controls, and reporting frameworks at a portfolio level
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, complex organisations where structures are still evolving
• Skilled at engaging with senior stakeholders and challenging programme leads constructively
• Able to design pragmatic solutions that balance control with delivery flexibility
