Product Owner in GenAI Self-service Squad

Join Danske Bank at a pivotal moment as we drive the adoption of Generative AI (GenAI) throughout the bank. We are seeking an innovative Product Owner to lead the newly established Q Business squad at Danske Bank.

In this role, you will head a cross-functional team to implement and accelerate the deployment of Amazon Q Business across the bank. You will be part of the management team in the GenAI Technology organisation, which is part of the GenAI Tribe at Danske Bank. As the Amazon Q Business Product Owner, you will ensure product releases align with strategic goals and collaborate with programme management to build and deliver the Product Roadmap and Vision.

The GenAI Tribe at Danske Bank is dedicated to accelerating the implementation and integration of GenAI tools and services across various functions. This strategic focus prioritises GenAI as a self-service, enabling the bank to remain at the forefront of technological advancements in the financial sector.

You will:

• Define product vision, goals, and success criteria, and own the product roadmap in alignment with strategic objectives and priorities
• Communicate product vision and strategy while managing the product backlog to align with strategic objectives and priorities
• Lead a cross-functional team to develop and deploy Q Business, enhancing end-user experiences and streamlining internal processes for GenAI as self-service
• Collaborate with full-stack developers, data engineers, data scientists, and stakeholders to enable GenAI as self-service across Danske Bank
• Support end-user needs by engaging, observing, and responding to their feedback
• Analyse market trends to shape strategic product development roadmaps
  
  

About you:

• At least 3 years of experience in roles such as Product Owner or Project Manager in end-user technology delivery, with a strong technical understanding of software development
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Great interpersonal and communication skills to effectively manage diverse teams and stakeholders
• Proven history of supporting all aspects of a product throughout its lifecycle
• Excellent at solving problems, with the ability to find and fix technical issues quickly and effectively
• A proactive interest in staying up-to-date with technology trends, including knowledge of the current state of AI/ML, LLM, and GenAI
• Advanced English proficiency and ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences

We offer:

Monthly salary range from 5200 EUR to 7800 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
