Senior Program Manager (IT Delivery)

We're looking for a highly capable Senior Program Manager to lead a large-scale initiative focused on transforming warehouse operations. This position is based in Stockholm and offered as a long-term rolling contract, ideal for someone who enjoys navigating complexity, aligning cross-functional teams, and delivering impactful results.

What You’ll Do

• Take full ownership of a strategic warehouse transformation program, steering it from planning through successful execution.
• Orchestrate IT and software development efforts across diverse teams within a wide-reaching product landscape.
• Design and implement delivery strategies, timelines, and governance models aligned with business objectives.
• Proactively assess and address potential risks, interdependencies, and critical path issues.
• Provide consistent and insightful updates to key stakeholders on timelines, progress, challenges, and outcomes.
• Monitor program budgets, ensuring financial discipline and alignment with expected returns.

What We’re Looking For

• Full eligibility to work in Sweden and open to work onsite in Stockholm.
• Significant experience managing large-scale, multi-team programs—preferably within warehouse, logistics, or supply chain domains.
• Strong background in technology-led initiatives, especially where software development plays a central role.
• Deep knowledge of various delivery methodologies, including Agile and traditional project management frameworks.
• Excellent skills in roadmapping, risk management, and program reporting.
• Proven ability to align complex technical deliveries with strategic business goals.
• Exceptional communication and leadership capabilities to manage expectations at all levels.
