Software Administrator

• Role: Software Administrator - MariApps smartPAL (Ship Management ERP)
• Location: Dubai, Onsite
• Experience: 3 to 5 Years
• Notice: Immediate to 15 Days

JD:

1. Install and configure software systems and applications, with a primary focus on PAL.

2. Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for software systems, configurations, procedures, and change logs.

3. Add, delete and amend information and documents for all departments for PAL.

4. Provide end-user support and conduct training sessions to ensure effective system usage across teams.

5. Create and manage user accounts, roles, and access permissions in line with internal controls.

6. Monitor system performance and ensure high availability and minimal downtime of critical applications.

7. Assist with applying regular updates, patches, and version upgrades to maintain system reliability and security.

8. Troubleshoot and resolve software-related issues; escalate complex problems to vendors or developers as required.

9. Enforce and maintain security protocols, perform regular backups, and ensure compliance with data protection and company policies.
