The Project Coordinator – Use Cases is responsible for coordinating and supporting the implementation and monitoring of anchor use case projects across various sectors. Working closely with the Technical Project Manager, this role ensures that project activities are executed efficiently, within scope and schedule, and in alignment with internal stakeholders and external clients. The position plays a critical role in supporting documentation, stakeholder engagement, and performance tracking across the program lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate and monitor progress of assigned anchor use cases across different sectors.
• Assist in project planning, budgeting, scheduling, documentation, and reporting.
• Collaborate with government stakeholders, consultants, and vendors to align objectives with national strategic goals.
• Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation including charters, project plans, status reports, and risk registers.
• Organize and facilitate stakeholder meetings, workshops, and review sessions to gather requirements and manage expectations.
• Track project milestones, deliverables, and KPIs using appropriate project management tools and methodologies.
• Identify, assess, and escalate project issues, risks, and dependencies as needed.
• Support compliance with relevant data governance, cybersecurity standards, and regulatory frameworks.
• Contribute to post-implementation reviews and lessons-learned documentation to support continuous improvement.
Technical Skills & Experience
• Working knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid.
• Familiarity with smart city technologies, ICT/IoT trends, and digital transformation programs.
• Experience coordinating large-scale, complex ICT or smart city projects, particularly within government or public sector settings.
• Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional teams across diverse disciplines and backgrounds.
• Understanding of monitoring and evaluation (M&E) frameworks and tools.
• Exposure to multicultural environments and diverse stakeholder groups.
• Ability to assess technology proposals and evaluate use case feasibility (preferred).
• Experience in Agile project delivery is highly desirable.
Qualifications & Background
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Project Management certifications such as PMP, PMI-ACP, or Scrum Master are preferred.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in project coordination, ideally within digital transformation, ICT, or smart city programs.
• Prior experience working with government-led initiatives, consulting firms, or system integrators is advantageous.
