Role & Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the core engineering team to build and maintain scalable backend systems.
  • Contribute to development of RESTful APIs, backend services, and integrations.
  • Solve real-world problems using clean and maintainable code.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product and design to understand user needs.
  • Take ownership of modules with mentorship and guidance from senior engineers.

Ideal Candidate

  • Experience: Fresher to 2 years of hands-on backend development experience (Internships accepted).
  • Tech Skills: Proficiency in at least one backend language — Java, Python, Go, Ruby, etc.
  • Problem Solving: Strong grasp of Data Structures and Algorithms (DSA) and problem-solving.
  • Education: Graduate from a Tier 1 or Tier 2 college (B.Tech / B.E. / MCA / M.Tech).
  • Company Background: Preferably trained or experienced in product-based companies or internships in similar setups.

Nice To Have

  • Exposure to database systems (SQL or NoSQL).
  • Understanding of system design and API performance basics.
  • Contributions to personal or open-source projects.
  • Familiarity with Git, CI/CD, and cloud platforms like AWS/GCP.
