Marketing Manager

UAB Grigeo Hygiene is a Lithuanian company specializing in the production of hygienic paper products such as napkins, tissues, paper towels, and toilet paper. Established in 2011, it operates as part of the Grigeo Group, the only paper and wood industry group in Lithuania and one of the largest in the Baltic region.

Today we are looking for Marketing Manager who would like to join our team of professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement short-term and long-term marketing strategies.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior.
• Lead the marketing team, assign tasks, and ensure their execution.
• Plan and manage the marketing budget.
• Coordinate advertising campaigns (digital, traditional, social media, etc.).
• Collaborate with sales, product development, and customer service teams.
• Organize events, exhibitions, presentations, and other public relations activities.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing activities (KPI, ROI) and report to management.

Requirements:

• Higher education in marketing, business management, or communications.
• Similar experience in FMCG marketing, including a managerial position.
• Excellent strategic planning and project management skills.
• Ability to analyze data and make insight-based decisions.
• Creativity, initiative, and results-oriented mindset.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Good command of English (written and spoken).
• Knowledge of Polish would be an advantage.
