IT Project Manager

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university in Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or Master’s degree is a plus
• 7+ years of proven experience in program and project management leadership and strategic planning
• Strong background in management consulting, valuation, and strategy advisory
• Deep expertise in project/program management and Agile methodologies
• Extensive experience in digital transformation projects, especially in SAP (S/4HANA), ERP, Manufacturing, and Industry 4.0 solutions
• Proven ability to proactively identify, assess, and communicate risks, issues, and critical project concerns to senior stakeholders
• PMP or equivalent project management certification is a plus
• Advanced skills in executive-level presentations, financial modeling, and data analysis
• Demonstrated ability to lead multiple projects and manage cross-functional teams
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee end-to-end SAP and digital transformation programs, including S/4HANA, CX, and infrastructure solutions
• Define and drive program roadmaps and execution using Agile methodologies
• Own program scope, prioritization, and translation of business needs into technology and product requirements
• Manage interdependencies across programs, develop risk mitigation strategies, and ensure effective issue resolution
• Lead all phases of the project lifecycle in close collaboration with executive sponsors, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams
• Establish and maintain transparent governance and reporting across multiple workstreams and vendors
• Design and implement organization-wide change management and communication strategies
• Build, mentor, and lead high-performing project teams while fostering a culture of continuous improvement
