Information Security Officer – GRC/Monarc/KnowBe4 - French Speaking

We are supporting a key client in the search for an experienced Information Security Officer to join their organisation and assist the CISO in the delivery of a major cybersecurity uplift programme.

This initiative is designed to accelerate the organisation’s overall security maturity by strengthening governance, implementing a structured risk management framework, and improving security awareness at all levels.

As Information Security Officer, you will play a pivotal role in translating strategic objectives into practical, measurable outcomes. You will be responsible for supporting the CISO across a broad range of tasks, including the development and rollout of GRC frameworks, performing and updating risk assessments (using MONARC), contributing to policy and control reviews, and managing security awareness campaigns through KnowBe4. You’ll also be expected to contribute to compliance initiatives and internal reporting to ensure progress is tracked effectively and stakeholders remain aligned.

The successful candidate will bring strong experience in governance, risk, and compliance within an information security context. Fluency in French is essential, as you’ll be working within a French-speaking environment and engaging with internal stakeholders at all levels. Familiarity with regulatory frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIS2, or GDPR will be a distinct advantage.

This a full-time, freelance opportunity offering an excellent opportunity to work closely with the CISO and senior stakeholders on a programme of real strategic importance.
