We are looking for a Product Manager Team Lead (IGaming) to join our team.

Job Description

• Define and execute the product strategy, aligning with overall business goals;
• Lead and mentor a team of product managers, ensuring clarity, focus, and high performance;
• Collaborate closely with design, development, marketing, billing, and content teams;
• Collect and structure product requirements based on user insights and business needs;
• Prioritize features and manage product backlog.
• Monitor product performance and key metrics (ARPU, ATPU, AvgDep, Reg2FTD, etc.);
• Identify areas for optimization in user experience, retention, and monetization;
• Run A/B tests and analyze data to validate product hypotheses;
• Stay updated on market trends and competitors in the iGaming space.
  
  

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager;
• 1+ year of leadership experience managing or mentoring product teams;
• Strong experience in the iGaming or betting domain is required;
• Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making;
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills;
• English level B2 or higher.
