AI Engineer

We are currently recruiting a AI Engineer for our client, based out of their office in Dubai, UAE.

Job Purpose:

We are looking for skilled and experienced AI Engineers with a strong background in machine learning and large language models (LLMs). This role involves working on cutting-edge AI solutions, with a focus on open-source LLMs, cloud deployment, and system integration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and manage LLMs for image processing tasks, including handwriting recognition.
• Deploy and maintain LLMs on AWS Cloud (UAE Region) and on-premise servers.
• Integrate local APIs with both internal and external systems.
• Fine-tune and train LLMs to ensure high-quality, accurate outputs.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues during model training and deployment.
• Design and implement high-speed network infrastructure for AI/LLM applications.
• Develop platforms for monitoring, analysis, and diagnostics of large-scale AI/LLM systems.
• Research and build high-performance AI communication frameworks and network protocols.
• Architect next-generation AI network infrastructure to support heterogeneous hardware environments.
• Design and develop AI models using OpenAI technologies.
• Integrate AI models into existing applications and systems.
• Create and manage local LLMs, including data storage in local databases.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of AI algorithms, data structures, and software engineering principles.
• Hands-on experience with Langchain, OpenAI, and other open-source AI frameworks. (Min 3 Years)
• Proven track record in developing and deploying large language models.
• Solid foundation in machine learning, deep learning architectures, and natural language processing (NLP).
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, .NET, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Node.js.
• Experience in data preprocessing, cleaning, and augmentation for model training.
• Familiarity with model evaluation metrics and performance tuning.
• Experience deploying LLMs in production environments.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively across teams.
• Proactive problem-solving mindset with a focus on innovation and quality.
• A portfolio showcasing previous LLM or AI projects is a strong plus.
