Full Stack Software Engineer

About the role

This is a chance to join a venture-backed startup at an exciting inflection point: the product is already in motion, and you’ll play a critical role in evolving and scaling it further.

As a Full Stack Engineer, you’ll work across the stack (Node backend, Flutter frontend). You'll have a direct line to real customers and a big say in both what they build and how they build it.

What you'll be doing

• Building and iterating on new features end to end using Node.js and Flutter.
• Collaborating closely with design, product, and the founding team to create seamless, elegant user experiences.
• Contributing to architecture decisions and helping shape engineering best practices.
• Supporting a robust and scalable infrastructure on GCP.
• Moving quickly and taking ownership of large product areas.

What they are looking for

• Previous startup experience is essential. You’re comfortable working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and enjoy wearing multiple hats.
• Solid hands-on experience with modern JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js, and Flutter.
• Strong ability to work across the stack and ship production-ready code.
• A user-centric mindset and passion for building products that have real impact.
• Comfort collaborating with non-technical teammates and directly with users.
• Extra points for exposure to AI products or an interest in how AI can support learning.

• Experience working on education or learning products.
• Interest in being an early technical voice and helping build out the team and culture.
