Description: In-scope:

M1 Formal Validation and Program Plan consolidation

M1-D1 Identify the critical path for Business Go-Live

M1-D2 Complete the Project Plan Baseline for the month

M2 DG 1 Tollgate Deliverables

M2-D1 Work in collaboration with Novartis PM to plan, track and close all the deliverables for the TG

M2-D2 Complete the Project Plan Baseline for the month

M3 Cutover Management Support & Go-Live Support

M3-D1 Work in collaboration with Novartis PM to plan, track and close all the activities for the Cutover (Pre Cutover, Cutover and Post Cutover)

M3-D2 Complete the Project Plan Baseline for the month

M3-D3 Work in collaboration with Novartis PM to plan, track and close all the activities for the Technical Go-Live, identify gaps and resolve issues

M4 Hypercare and Wave 2 support

M4-D1 Work in collaboration with Novartis PM to plan, track and close all the activities for the Cutover (Pre Cutover, Cutover and Post Cutover) and Business Go-Live

M4-D2 Complete the Project Plan Baseline for the month

M5 Hypercare and Wave 2 support

M5-D1 Work in collaboration with Novartis PM report the critical issues during hypercare and prepare plan of actions to closure

M5-D2 Complete the Project Plan Baseline for the month

M6 Hypercare and Wave 2 support

M6-D1 Work in collaboration with Novartis PM report the critical issues during hypercare and prepare plan of actions to closure

M6-D2 Complete the Project Plan Baseline for the month

Requirements:

- 15+ years experience in managing large and complex program

- Previous Novartis experience with implementation of Regulatory systems and its computer system validation

- Experience working as a Cutover Manager for complex system implementation in Novartis

- Experience working with Smartsheet project planning tool for large and complex programs

- Experience working with Novartis risk management tool PMO Hub to manage and track risks

- Knowledge of Novartis Clinical and Regulatory IT landscape, and legacy systems such as SubWay, REDI-GO, REDI_RR etc.

- Experience leading cross-functional team in complex matrix environment

- Previous experience in Veeva Vault implementation

- Veeva Vault Platform Certificaiton preferred

- Work in CET time zone to cover some overlap with the teams in India and as well as the team in the US
