Human Resources Coordinator

Your new company

Our client is a consulting company in the cyber space, who are based in Barangaroo. They are looking for a motivated self-starter who work across the busy HR Operations team to provide assistance in workforce planning.

Your new role

• Workforce planning of resources, working closely with project managers to assign workers
• Reporting using multiple inhouse systems and excel
• Assisting with onboarding and ensuring inductions are completed

You will need

• At least 2 years experience in a HR Coordination role
• Exposure to multiple HRIS and ATS, with Workday experience preferable
• Must have Permanent Residency or Citizenship
• Must be available to start 4th August
