Are you a client-facing Project Manager who thrives in a fast-paced, consulting environment?

We’re looking for a high-performing IT Project Manager to lead the delivery of Microsoft 365 and Cybersecurity projects across a range of mid-market and enterprise clients. You’ll take full ownership from planning to go-live, working closely with internal tech teams and external stakeholders.

🔑 What You'll Be Doing

• Lead project delivery – scope, plan, and manage Microsoft cloud and security projects using tools like Jira and ConnectWise.
• Be the client’s go-to – run workshops, manage relationships, and keep communication clear and proactive.
• Drive collaboration – align internal teams with external stakeholders across competing priorities.
• Own risks & issues – anticipate roadblocks and steer projects back on course.
• Keep it clean – update schedules, track decisions, and maintain strong project documentation.
• Improve as we go – contribute to internal process improvements and delivery playbooks.

✅ What We're Looking For

• 5–8 years of project management experience in IT consulting or MSP environments.
• Strong track record delivering Microsoft 365 and Cyber Security projects (e.g., Exchange migrations, SharePoint builds, Defender/Sentinel rollouts).
• Excellent communication – confident in meetings, able to influence and align senior stakeholders.
• Able to juggle multiple concurrent projects while staying structured and focused.
• Familiar with Agile/hybrid delivery models, Jira, and/or ConnectWise.
