We are looking for an HR Generalist to provide parental leave cover for our Country HR Manager. This is a fixed- term contract with a strong operational focus, ensuring business continuity across all core HR activities in Germany
Key Responsibilities:
- Support employees through the employee lifecycle (onboarding/offboarding)
- Handle HR administrative tasks and documentation in line with German labour law
- Coordinate with payroll and C&B teams
- Support recruitment and onboarding process
- Act as first point of contact for HR related queries
- Support compliance with legal requirements and internal HR policies
Profile :
- 3-4 years’ experience in an HR role in Germany
- Understanding of German employment law
- Strong communication skills in German and English
- Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
- Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks
