Project Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking experienced Project Managers to lead the delivery of large-scale PV and, energy storage projects. This role offers the opportunity to drive impactful projects to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

· Oversee the project lifecycle, from planning and design to construction and handover, ensuring alignment with company goals and client expectations.

· Manage budgets, timelines, and resources effectively, utilizing recognized project management tools and methodologies.

· Prepare and maintain proper project documentation, as needed in relation to permitting, construction and project finance. Ensure health and safety remains a top priority across all project activities.

· Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including local contractors, clients, and regulatory bodies, to achieve project objectives.

· Prepare and present detailed project reports, including progress updates, risk assessments, and financial summaries, to senior management.

· Monitor closely regulatory developments and report to the management about potential impact on the projects, 

· Drive innovation and cost optimization initiatives to enhance project efficiency and competitiveness.

What We’re Looking For:

· Taking ownership to deliver the project from its current stage of the project life cycle to the final handover.

· Involvement in development and construction of large-scale renewable energy projects, particularly in solar PV, energy storage, or grid connections.

· Strong understanding of permitting, design, regulatory, and/or construction aspects of renewable energy projects.

· Originating new investment opportunities in alignment with the group investment remit.

· Excellent people skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams.

· We are a small core team and 'Hands on Attitude' is a must for the role 

· Proficiency in project management software and tools, with a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.

· A commitment to sustainability and a passion for driving the transition to a zero-carbon future.

· Formal education background in engineering or law.

· Fluent in Romanian and English. Other language skills will be very much appreciated.
