QUALIFICATIONS


  • Bachelor's degree from Industrial Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics or related departments of universities,
  • Minimum 3–4 years of experience in compensation and benefits management,
  • Knowledgeable in total rewards management and project leadership,
  • Advanced command of English,
  • Strong analytical thinking skills, results-oriented, and committed to operational excellence,
  • Strategic mindset with a fast and efficient working style,
  • Passionate, dedicated, quality-focused, and open to continuous development,
  • Team player with a “one team” mindset,
  • Strong communication and relationship management skills,
  • Proactive, able to take initiative, and solution-oriented,
  • Adaptable to change and open to innovation.


JOB DESCRIPTION


  • Developing, updating, and disseminating Total Rewards policies and procedures covering Koton Turkey and all international operations, in alignment with the company’s strategy/vision and business objectives,
  • Planning and modeling annual salary increases for all countries by analyzing market dynamics and the internal salary structure,
  • Supporting the design and implementation of recognition and reward policies,
  • Budgeting and implementing the Short-Term Incentive program,
  • Preparing the annual working day calendar and ensuring monthly compliance.
