We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive to join the CEO’s Office. This role will work closely with the CEO to identify growth opportunities, develop strategic partnerships, and drive business expansion initiatives. The ideal candidate will be highly analytical, entrepreneurial, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.

Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive to join the CEO’s Office. This role will work closely with the CEO to identify growth opportunities, develop strategic partnerships, and drive business expansion initiatives. The ideal candidate will be highly analytical, entrepreneurial, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify emerging opportunities and potential partners.
- Prepare business cases, proposals, and presentations for new initiatives.
- Support the CEO in strategic planning, commercial negotiations, and project execution.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to drive the execution of business development projects.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to support strategic decision-making.
- Assist in building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders and high-level clients.
- Track KPIs and prepare regular reports and dashboards for the CEO.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field. MBA preferred.
- 3–5 years of experience in business development, consulting, or corporate strategy.
- Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to work independently on confidential projects.
- Comfortable interfacing with C-suite executives and external partners.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a growth-oriented approach.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Flexible, adaptive, and thrives in a fast-changing environment.
- Exposure to working in a startup or high-growth environment is a plus.
