Key Responsibilities
- Aggregate and analyze data from internal and external sources to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
- Translate analytical findings into actionable business insights and strategic recommendations.
- Communicate analysis results effectively through dashboards, reports, and presentations tailored for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Apply creative data problem-solving when full data sets are unavailable or incomplete.
- Collaborate with teams including Sales, IT, Risk, and Project Management to support data-driven decision-making and process improvements.
- Develop and maintain automated dashboards and recurring reports using visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
- Drive data quality improvement initiatives by identifying inconsistencies, gaps, or integrity issues.
- Support origination quality, business performance tracking, and continuous improvement projects.
- 8+ years of experience in data analytics or equivalent work experience.
- Hands-on experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex data insights clearly to non-technical audiences.
- Proficient in MS Office tools including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Experience in advanced analytics projects related to HR, talent management, or organizational planning.
- Prior background in automotive or manufacturing.
- Experience working in cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, or GCP is a plus.
- Familiarity with data modeling, ETL processes, or cloud data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery).
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, and statistical modeling.

- Participate in OP monthly team meetings, and participate in team-building efforts.
- Contribute to OP technical discussions, peer reviews, etc.
- Contribute content and collaborate via the OP-Wiki/Knowledge Base.
- Provide status reports to OP Account Management as requested.
