DevOps Support Engineer

Parker Stewart are delighted to partner with a highly innovative software company to hire a DevOps Support Engineer on a permanent basis. This will be a hybrid role based in Dublin city.

What are we looking for?

We are looking for a DevOps Support Engineer who is comfortable splitting their time (50/50) between designing and scaling cloud infrastructure on AWS/Azure using tools like Terafform, and also key administrative/support components across Azure, Microsoft 365 and Sharepoint. This is an ideal role for someone who thrives in hybrid environments, enjoys solving complex deployment and system issues, and wants to have a direct hand in improving internal platforms and developer workflows.

What will you be doing?

You will be part of a strategic team and you will be responsible for the design and scaling of AWS/Azure infrastructure. You will be working alongside European offices on core products and critical customer solutions. Along with this, a key function for this role will be Sharepoint, Azure, Office 365 and VPN administration.

Requirements & Responsibilities:

• Strong experience in a DevOps, SRE & Support role
• Excellent knowledge of AWS, Azure and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform)
• CI/CD set up and maintanence experience
• Strong grasp of cloud monitoring, alerting and logging best practices, along with cloud computing/security best practices
• Proven hands-on experience of Microsoft Azure, Office 365 & Sharepoint environments
• Proficiency in configuring VPN solutions
• Web application development with C#, Blazor, MSSQL an added bonus
