We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Project Manager / Production Manager to join our dynamic team and support the successful delivery of our IT projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage IT and production projects from planning to completion.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure project deliverables are met on time and within scope.
• Maintain clear communication with stakeholders and clients.
• Oversee project documentation, reporting, and quality control.
• Monitor and validate team workload and resource allocation to ensure optimal team performance.
• Support forecasting and planning of resource recruitment needs in alignment with project demands.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field (mandatory).
• Proven experience in IT project management.
• Formal training in project management.
• PMP, PPM, or other recognized project management certifications (nice to have).
• Availability to work on-site at customer locations as required.
