As a IAM Specialist, you’ll be at the heart of our central Identity & Access Management (IAM) operations. You’ll manage vendor teams, resolve incidents, support audits, and ensure the stability of key systems like One Identity Manager. Your work will directly impact our ability to safeguard access and maintain regulatory compliance.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage and supervise vendor teams handling Run-the-Bank (RTB) operations
• Lead incident resolution and support high-priority calls (S2/S1)
• Escalate operational and regulatory risks to leadership
• Drive small-scale projects and continuous service improvements
• Support audit activities and deliver required evidence
• Monitor data quality and implement control mechanisms
• Perform core ITIL service operations: Incident, Problem, Change, and Knowledge Management
• Analyze tickets and processes to identify optimization opportunities
• Ensure compliance with safety and control regulations
• Handle daily BAU tasks including monitoring and escalation
• Support multiple IAM applications (e.g., dbAccessGate, D1IM-Core)
• Plan and execute patching, upgrades, DR, and vulnerability remediation

What You Bring:

• Degree in IT or equivalent experience
• Proven track record in service operations for large-scale IT systems
• Solid understanding of ITIL processes
• Experience managing vendor teams and outsourced operations
• Strong communication skills in English (German is a plus)
• Familiarity with access lifecycle systems (provisioning, recertification, onboarding/offboarding)
• Hands-on experience with IAM tools, especially One Identity Manager
• Proficiency with ITSM platforms like ServiceNow
• Knowledge of Windows Server and Active Directory is a bonus
