Program/Project Manager - (SOX Legacy DORY MPS Support)

Responsibility is to have them work as a team to manage wherever the greatest needs are, primarily with a region per person as a focus point.

The team will focus on the top accounts and have them push (SDM/ABM) through the SOX Legacy cut-down DORY process. Having awareness and experience of dealing with SDM’s/ABM’s and knowledge of the MPS space is preferable if possible.

Key deliverable is to ensure that all legacy MPS accounts are SOX key attribute checked AND corrected within the required time frame.

 Key Skills

1. SOX Compliance Knowledge

• Basic understanding of SOX requirements with the ability to interpret and enforce internal control frameworks. Preferred.

1. Project Management

• Strong planning, scheduling, and resource allocation skills. Required.
• Risk management and mitigation planning. Preferred.

1. Stakeholder Management

• Ability to coordinate across multiple teams and regions.
• Skilled in influencing and aligning SDMs and ABMs to compliance goals.
• Connect and work with regional DORY teams and Regional MS CBA Leads.

1. Communication & Reporting

• Clear and concise communication of deadlines, expectations, and compliance requirements.
• Regular reporting to program leadership and audit teams.

1. Time Management & Prioritization

• Ensuring timely execution of SOX checks within tight deadlines.
• Prioritizing tasks based on risk and business impact.

1. Analytical Thinking

• Ability to analyse and identify gaps, and implement corrective actions.

 Tool Knowledge

1. Project Management Tools

• Microsoft Project, Smartsheet or Excel for task tracking and milestone management.
• SharePoint for documentation and collaboration.

1. Communication & Collaboration

• Microsoft Teams, Zoom for team coordination.
• Outlook and email templates for structured communication.

1. Data & Reporting

• Excel, Power BI, or Sharepoints for recording/tracking of compliance - dashboards and reporting.
