Product Manager Beauty

You’ll play a critical role in the full product lifecycle—collaborating with our creative director, packaging, and regulatory teams to bring innovative, trend-driven products to life. You’ll also work closely with key customers and offshore manufacturers, ensuring quality, compliance, and commercial success at every stage.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full product lifecycle—from concept through to launch
• Collaborate with design, manufacturing, and regulatory teams for seamless development
• Own relationships with key volume clients, including pricing and profitability
• Liaise with offshore factories to maintain production quality and timelines
• Lead cost negotiations
• Ensure regulatory compliance in global markets
• Monitor industry trends to identify opportunities for innovation in packaging and formulation

Skills, Education and Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in product development in the beauty industry
• Higher education in product design or business
• Exposure to retail, wholesale, or eCommerce environments
• Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, and Adobe Illustrator
• Experience with offshore suppliers or factories is a must

Timeframe

This position is available immediately, and we’re offering a generous handover period with our current Product Manager to ensure a smooth transition.

Working Arrangement

This role is based in Bondi Junction, Sydney, with a hybrid working model requiring a minimum of three days per week in-office. Some flexibility to attend events, assist with samples, or travel may be required.
