Your new role

You’ll be at the forefront of AI innovation, designing and implementing scalable Generative AI systems using Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) frameworks and .NET technologies. Working alongside data scientists, ML engineers, and product teams, you’ll help shape the future of AI-driven banking services.

What you'll need to succeed

• Proven experience as a Principal or Staff Software Engineer in enterprise environments
• Deep expertise in .NET (C#) development and system architecture
• Strong hands-on experience with Generative AI, particularly RAG pipelines
• Familiarity with LLMs, vector databases, and prompt engineering
• Experience deploying AI models in production environments
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
