At Kopius, we are looking for a Sr UX/UI Designer to join our team!

This role is part of our Digital Solutions team, where you'll contribute to multiple client-facing projects in industries like aviation, fintech, and entertainment. From building conversational AI experiences to designing virtual concierge apps, you’ll work across phases like discovery, prototyping, and production. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, lead user-centered design efforts, and own the delivery of high-impact UI/UX solutions. This role requires a proactive, ownership-driven mindset and the flexibility to adapt to evolving project needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead user research efforts, including persona definition, journey mapping, and usability testing.
• Design intuitive, engaging, and scalable user interfaces for web and mobile applications across various industries.
• Translate business requirements into low- and high-fidelity wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs.
• Deliver design assets ready for front-end development, ensuring brand alignment and technical feasibility.
• Facilitate design workshops and user experience sessions to gather insights and validate concepts.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, engineers, and stakeholders.
• Iterate designs based on user feedback, internal reviews, and client input.
• Ensure consistent documentation of design decisions, components, and visual standards.
• Support multiple projects simultaneously, contributing to different phases such as discovery, proof of value, and production design.
• Present design concepts to internal teams and clients through live demos or collaborative sessions.

Basic Qualifications:

• Intermediate/Advanced English skills and confident verbal and written communication.
• Self-starter with the ability to adapt to multiple project contexts and industries.
• Collaborative team player with a sense of ownership and accountability.
• Detail-oriented and strong problem solver with a bias for action.
• Open to learning, feedback, and new ideas to improve design outcomes.

Qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience in UX/UI Design, with a strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design work.
• Proven experience in user research, persona creation, and information architecture.
• Proficiency in Figma and Mural; familiarity with tools like PowerPoint and AI-enhanced design tools is a plus.
• Solid understanding of responsive design principles and best practices for usability and accessibility.
• Ability to work independently and manage tasks in a remote, fast-paced environment.
• Experience working with multiple clients or in a consulting environment is highly desirable.
• Ownership mindset with a proactive, collaborative, and adaptable approach.
• Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality design outcomes.
