Your Responsibilities:

As Project and Program Manager you will be responsible for:

• Leading and managing complex projects across multiple teams

• Driving Agile/Iterative methodologies to ensure timely delivery

• Facilitating sprint planning and execution using JIRA

• Influencing stakeholders and navigating organizational complexity

• Presenting project updates and strategic insights to leadership

Mandatory Skills:

You will have a solid understanding of:

• Project management tools and techniques

• Agile methodologies and Scrum practices

• JIRA for sprint and delivery management

• Leadership and stakeholder engagement

• Business management and administration principles

Desirable Skills:

Ideally, you will be familiar with:

• Working in technology divisions of large banking institutions

• PMP and Scrum Master certifications

• Influencing without authority in global organizations

• Advanced presentation and communication skills

• Customizing program management for specific business needs
