We have an exciting opportunity now available with one of our sector-leading consultancy clients! They are currently looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Project Analyst to support the delivery of a strategic pension solution for a key client in the United Arab Emirates.

Job Responsibilities/Objectives

Working closely with the Program Director and Project Manager, the Project Analyst will play a critical role in coordinating activities, analysing data, documenting requirements, and ensuring the program is aligned with both our clients internal standards and UAE-specific needs.

This is a unique opportunity to contribute to a high-profile initiative that supports our clients broader growth across the Middle East. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working with large enterprise clients in the financial services sector, familiarity with UAE regulatory environments, and excellent analytical and communication skills.

Project Support & Coordination:

• Assist with planning and tracking project deliverables, milestones, and dependencies.
• Coordinate meetings, workshops, and communications across internal and external stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation and action logs.
  
  

Data & Requirements Analysis:

• Gather, document, and validate business and technical requirements in collaboration with internal teams and the client.
• Analyse client and system data to support decision-making, impact assessment, and solution development.
• Monitor metrics and KPIs to help track project performance and identify improvement opportunities.
  
  

Regulatory & Regional Alignment:

• Ensure all project activities and outputs comply with UAE regulatory and data protection requirements.
• Support region-specific research and contribute insight into local best practices and client expectations.
  
  

Stakeholder Communication:

• Facilitate clear, consistent communication between SS&C teams and the client.
• Prepare materials and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
• Support the escalation and resolution of issues and risks through accurate reporting and follow-up.
  
  

Required Skills/Experience

The ideal candidate will have the following:

• Experience: 3-5 years' experience in a project analyst, business analyst, or delivery support role, preferably in the financial services sector.
• Regional Expertise: Experience working in the UAE or similar regulatory environments is strongly preferred.
• Location: Role based in Abu Dhabi, with regular on-site presence required.
• Regulatory Awareness: Understanding of UAE finance, data protection, and compliance frameworks.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.
• Tools: Proficient in MS Office, Excel, and project delivery tools (e.g., Confluence, JIRA, SharePoint).
• Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, including stakeholder coordination and report writing.
• Analytical Thinking: Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to analyse data, identify trends, and draw meaningful conclusions.
• Teamwork: A collaborative approach with the ability to work across functions and build effective relationships.
