Job Overview:

We are looking for a highly structured and creative Web Designer to join our growing Marketing team remotely. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development and enhancement of web products that support our dynamic real estate business. You’ll be collaborating with fellow designers, creating scalable design systems, and balancing aesthetics with functionality and business impact.

What You Will Do:

• Create and maintain design guidelines, organise Figma files, and develop adaptive web designs.
• Ensure smooth design-to-development handoff with structured, scalable layouts.
• Collaborate with a fellow designer on concept creation and implementation.
• Enhance user interfaces while aligning with business objectives and user experience needs.
• Systematise design components for large-scale digital products.
• Balance creative expression with practical requirements such as responsiveness, speed, and user flows.

What We Are Looking For:

• Strong logical and structural thinking, with the ability to process and organise large amounts of data.
• Proven experience designing web-based products or services, with a solid UI portfolio showcasing real-world work.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma, especially in working with UI Kits, Auto Layout, and Components.
• Confident in creating responsive/adaptive layouts for various screen sizes and handing off designs to development.
• Deep understanding of design principles, including grid systems, spacing, visual hierarchy, and colour theory.
• Comfortable working independently — able to manage workload, estimate effort accurately, and meet deadlines.
• Able to work from a blank slate and iterate quickly based on feedback and business requirements.
• A balance of creative sensibility and systematic thinking, with the ability to prioritise functionality when needed.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Detail-oriented, highly organised, and receptive to constructive feedback.
• A proactive team player with a mature, solution-oriented mindset.
