Provide a range of general banking services to existing and potential 'elite' customers through portfolio management and grow in customer base as per set targets while ensuring the operational standards are maintained at all times.

Sales and Client Relationship Management

  • Contribute to bottom-line of prestige banking through accomplishment of profit and growth targets.
  • Manage and develop relationships with new and existing affluent customers through professional consultative financial analysis.
  • Explore business opportunities with new and existing individuals and allocated channels in order to meet or exceed set sales targets through administration of the sales cycle.
  • Identify and specify the products, services and solutions that will satisfy customers' needs.
  • Up-sell, cross-sell and provide regular market information updates and conduct trend analysis to stay up to date with market nuances.
  • Attending regular weekly sales meeting and discuss week plan. Update Manager weekly on sales achieved.
  • Respond to and follow up sales and service enquiries by email, telephone, and personal visits.
  • Maintain and develop existing and new customers through planned individual account support, and liaison with internal order-processing staff.
  • Manage all excesses and exceptions with-in approved time period.
  • Ensure portfolio update KYC/RP/RM code etc...
  • Identify ways to improve product proposition and service delivery to increase sales.
  • Maintain internal control standards, including the timely implementation of internal and external audit points together with any issues raised by QCB regulators.
  • Escalate any potential money laundry to manager to support risk mitigation.
  • Ensure client information is well guarded by following the clear desk policy procedures and account materials are appropriately documented {ex, KYC).
  • Be aware of operational risk associated with the role and the action to be taken to minimize the likelihood of operational risk occurring including risk identification, assessment, and control, loss identification and reporting.
  • By compiling up to date market information on VIP packages competitor banks.
  • Conduct regular visits outside of the branch to potential and existing customers and follow up on referrals.
  • Refer business to other departments to help achieve set goals and targets by achieving a two way cross selling / referral process and promoting E channels.
  • Ensure all customers problems, complaints and query are handled professionally and efficiently.


Minimum Qualifications:

  • University Graduate in Business, Accounting or Finance
  • Multi-lingual (English/Arabic) preferred


Minimum Experience:

  • 5-6 years' Retail Banking experience in sales and marketing position.
