HR Coordinator

Located in the former Ministry of Interior building, The Ned Doha offers seven restaurants, 90 bedrooms, event venues, and Ned’s Club, a private members’ club that gives access to spaces including a rooftop terrace, a health club with spa, gym and 30m outdoor pool.

Job Purpose:

We are looking for an experienced and proactive HR Coordinator to support our Human Resources operations, with a focus on payroll, HR administration, and employee support.

Responsibilities:

• Process monthly payroll accurately and on time
• Maintain employee records, attendance, leave balances, and personnel files
• Support benefits administration (health insurance, annual leave, etc.)
• Prepare HR reports, letters, memos, and contracts as needed
• Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process
• Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations
• Support employee engagement and wellness initiatives
• Respond to internal HR-related inquiries from team mebers in a timely and professional manner
  
  

Qualifications & Competencies:

• Degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 1–3 years of HR experience, preferably in hospitality or a fast-paced environment
• Experience handling payroll systems and HR software (e.g., Oasys, SAP, or similar)
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
• High attention to detail and confidentiality
