IT & Cyber Security Engineer:

Work Setup: Hybrid (1 day/week remote) | Full-time

Role Overview

Join a collaborative and experienced IT team as a key contributor in safeguarding and optimizing corporate IT systems. This role blends hands-on infrastructure management with a strong focus on cybersecurity, supporting a modern and growing office environment.

Key Responsibilities

Cybersecurity

• Develop and enforce IT security policies and procedures across the organization.
• Strengthen network security using tools such as firewalls, VPNs, and endpoint protection.
• Conduct risk assessments, deliver cybersecurity awareness training, and lead incident investigations.
• Continuously review and enhance systems to align with evolving cybersecurity standards.

Infrastructure & Systems Support

• Manage and improve office network infrastructure and IT systems.
• Support the maintenance of virtualization platforms and enterprise hardware/software.
• Implement and support IT solutions including system installations, configurations, upgrades, antivirus, backups, and mail operations.
• Stay informed about the latest technology trends and contribute to modernizing IT infrastructure.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Strong expertise in network and IT security.
• Proficient with:
• VMware ESXi, vCenter
• Ethernet, LAN/WAN/SD-WAN
• Firewalls, routers
• Backup systems
• Windows OS, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, mail servers
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
• Team-oriented, curious, and committed to continuous learning.

Bonus Experience:

• Experience with Fortinet equipment
• Familiarity with Python, Linux, VoIP
• Exposure to working in regulated or enterprise IT environments
