π’ We are looking for an HR Generalist for one of our international clients, active in a technical and dynamic environment. The role involves managing both operational and administrative HR activities.
π Position details:
- Contract: 1 year, with possibility of extension
- English language: mandatory β for internal communication
- Excel: basic/medium level
π― Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes (job postings, agency collaboration, candidate screening)
- Timesheet and payroll verification (double-check)
- Centralize employee performance evaluations and awards (in predefined files)
- Monitor contract expirations and handle HR documents
- Participate in onboarding and offboarding processes
- Support in organizing internal events
π οΈ Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Human Resources
- Minimum 2 years of total professional experience (any field)
- Good English skills (written and spoken)
- Strong attention to detail, ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proactive attitude and clear communication
