Job Title: IT Project Manager

Location: Basel, Switzerland

Job Type: Full-time contract, Until February 2026

Requirements:

• 15+ years experience in managing large and complex program.

• Previous Client experience with implementation of Regulatory systems and its computer system validation.

• Experience working as a Cutover Manager for complex system implementation in Client.

• Experience working with Smartsheet project planning tool for large and complex programs.

• Experience working with Client risk management tool PMO Hub to manage and track risks.

• Knowledge of Client Clinical and Regulatory IT landscape, and legacy systems such as SubWay, REDI-GO, REDI_RR etc.

• Experience leading cross-functional team in complex matrix environment.

• Previous experience in Veeva Vault implementation.

• Veeva Vault Platform Certificaiton preferred.

• Work in CET time zone to cover some overlap with the teams in India and as well as the team in the US.
