Job Title: Junior Full Stack Web Developer

Salary: Up to 5,000 AED per month

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Full Stack Web Developer to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their development career who is eager to grow, learn, and contribute to the development and improvement of our company website.

In this role, you will assist in maintaining the website, implementing new features, resolving issues, and ensuring a smooth and responsive user experience. You'll collaborate closely with our design and marketing teams to help bring digital projects to life.

Key Responsibilities:

• Website Support: Assist in the maintenance and daily operation of the company website.
• Feature Implementation: Help build and test new features under the guidance of senior developers.
• Performance Optimization: Contribute to improving website speed, mobile responsiveness, and SEO performance.
• Bug Fixing: Identify and help fix website bugs and issues in a timely manner.
• Collaboration: Work alongside designers, marketers, and other developers to implement web solutions.
• Learning & Development: Stay up-to-date with modern web technologies and best practices.
• Documentation: Help maintain clear documentation for web development tasks and changes.

Minimum Requirements:

• Experience: 1–2 years of experience (including internships or freelance work) in full stack web development.
• Front-End Skills: Basic to intermediate knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React or Vue.js.
• Back-End Skills: Familiarity with Node.js, PHP, or Python, and understanding of working with databases (SQL or NoSQL).
• Version Control: Exposure to Git or similar version control tools.
• CMS Basics: Some experience with CMS platforms like WordPress is a plus.
• Problem Solving: Willingness to troubleshoot and learn from challenges.
• Communication: Good communication and teamwork skills.
