About the Role
We are seeking a React Developer who can craft polished, high-performance web experiences with a strong eye for UI precision and motion. This role involves close collaboration with design and product teams to build responsive interfaces and smooth, engaging animations, including GSAP-driven interactions and scroll-based storytelling.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain scalable React applications using modern practices (hooks, functional components).
- Implement advanced animations using GSAP (timelines, ScrollTrigger) with proper lifecycle management.
- Convert Figma designs into pixel-perfect, responsive, and accessible interfaces.
- Optimize application performance, including rendering efficiency, animation smoothness, and bundle size.
- Integrate APIs (REST/GraphQL) and manage async data, loading, and error states.
- Write clean, reusable, and well-documented code following best practices.
- Collaborate with designers and backend teams; participate in code reviews.
- Ensure cross-browser compatibility and maintain high QA standards.
Required Skills
- Strong proficiency in React fundamentals (state, props, hooks, component architecture).
- Solid JavaScript or TypeScript expertise.
- Advanced CSS skills (Flexbox, Grid, responsive design; Tailwind or CSS Modules preferred).
- Hands-on experience with GSAP including timelines and ScrollTrigger.
- Understanding of animation performance best practices (GPU-friendly properties, avoiding layout thrashing).
- Experience with Git and collaborative workflows.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Next.js (SSR/SSG, routing, image optimization).
- Familiarity with React Query or SWR.
Testing experience (React Testing Library, Cypress, or Playwright).
- Accessibility knowledge (ARIA, keyboard navigation, reduced motion).
- Experience building marketing or landing pages with rich motion design.

- Delivery of smooth, responsive interfaces with intentional, performant animations.
- Well-structured GSAP implementations with proper scoping and cleanup.
