Are you a skilled Front End Developer who’s ready to join a dynamic and growing team? Kamro have partnered with a well established IT company, with over 40 years of experience creating software for contractors in the construction industry. As a React Front End Developer, you will play a key role in the development of the UI for web applications that are crucial to a wide range of contractors. From creating intuitive, reusable components using React, to optimising web performance for maximum speed, you’ll be working in a space where innovation meets practicality.

Working Hours

• Monday to Thursday: 8:30am - 4:45pm
• Friday: 8:30am - 4:00pm
  
  

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain scalable, reusable front-end components using React, Next.js and Backbone.js.
• Optimise web applications for maximum speed and performance, ensuring smooth and efficient user experiences.
• Profile and improve the front-end performance of a multi-award winning platform.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical and design-related challenges as they arise.
• Collaborate with back-end developers to seamlessly integrate front-end components with server-side logic.
  
  

Requirements

• Experience using React, Next.js and Backbone.js is essential for this position.
• Strong experience with Javascript, HTML and CSS3 is expected.
• Experience with Angular is highly desirable.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to writing high quality code, with a strong emphasis on UI/UX performance.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work in a collaborative environment.
