Role: Project Manager- Supply Chain domain

Key Roles and Responsibilities
- Hands on experience in managing end to end IT implementation programs in SAP or Oracle or any other Supply Chain domain
- Identify improvement and efficiency opportunities across the projects
- Implement project review and quality assurance to ensure successful execution of goals and stakeholder satisfaction
- Be the liaison between senior business stakeholders and technology teams to make programs successful from a business perspective
- Responsible for project planning along with client product manager
- Responsible for managing project task deliverables issues risk and report the same
- Define and document the Project Objectives Scope Assumptions Risks and Mitigation
- Develop a detailed project plan with tasks resources timelines status tracking
- Monitor and track progress of the project plan
- Ensure resource availability allocation and tasks are completed on time to the satisfaction of stakeholders
- Manage timely appropriate communication and relationship with clients vendors partners and other stakeholders
- Create and manage periodic reporting of project execution status and other trackers in standard accepted formats
- Own the project plans delivery on time and in scope to the satisfaction of all stakeholders
- Perform periodic risk assessment and minimize risks through appropriate planning and escalation
- Measure and communicate project performance using standard techniques and measures
- Maintain a comprehensive project documentation that is reusable
- Release Manager
- Focus on the fine details of assembling different interrelated components and streamline the release management process
- To satisfy a complex or solutionbased release
- Coordinate with different stakeholders for requirements testing and release calendar of necessary components
- Ensure a synchronous running of daytoday processes
- Planning with several software development teams
- Govern and manage schedules to satisfy interdependencies
- Enable continuous delivery of a solution in the hands of the
- customers as soon as possible

- Skills
- Project management experience in at least 2 end to end IT digital transformation projects
- Experience with Agile Scrum Jira and other similar tools is a must
- Stakeholder management Excellent communication Analytical and problem solving skills planning skills with attention to details
- Excellence in managing crossfunctional teams to deliver results within the necessary framework adhering to cost and project delivery timelines
- Supply chain knowledge or o9 product skills is a plus
- Experience in managing projects involving large scale ERP or SaaS based IT Product implementation is a plus
- Candidate should have E2E implementation experience with some SCM experience Prior o9 is not mandatory
