To empower the Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) team with deep expertise in Active Directory management and systems engineering, ensuring secure, standardized, and automated infrastructure for mission-critical environments.

Key Responsibilities :

Active Directory Management

• Design, implement, and maintain Group Policies (GPOs)
• Troubleshoot GPO-related issues on client and server environments
• Maintain and optimize the Active Directory Forest (cleanup, developments, standards)
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls

Patch Management & OS Standardization

• Manage and maintain Windows patching environments (WSUS)
• Manage and maintain Linux patching environments (Red Hat Satellite)
• Create and manage deployment kits, including virtual machines (VMs), OS images (Linux/Windows), and configurations

Automation & Infrastructure Engineering

• Design, build, and deploy automation tools to minimize manual tasks in operations and deployments
• Implement deployment automation technologies for scalable and efficient IT operations
• Contribute to the standardization of system engineering practices

Operational Excellence

• Support and troubleshoot mission-critical IT infrastructure
• Ensure compliance with high-quality standards in regulated environments
• Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives

Required Competencies & Skills :

Education

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related technical discipline

Technical Knowledge & Experience

• 3–5 years of experience in IT operations/engineering
• Solid expertise in Windows Operating Systems & Active Directory
• Experience managing mission-critical enterprise IT network landscapes with strict quality and security standards
• Knowledge of infrastructure automation technologies (Ansible, PowerShell, Bash, etc.)
• Understanding of VMware virtualization technologies
• Awareness of operations in highly regulated environments

Soft Skills

• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting mindset
• Customer-oriented approach and excellent communication skills
• Ability to work effectively under pressure in complex environments
• Willingness to travel regularly between Zurich and Geneva

Languages

• English (C1 level required)
• French or German is an asset
