Responsibilities:

  • Design user friendly web and mobile application that will be build using modern front-end frameworks. This involves simple and complex input and visualization screens, depending on the business requirements.\Work in a team with front-end developers, backend developers & project managers on various projects. Cooperate with domain experts and business analysts.\Establish and document general UI/UX design principles and guidelines for our department in alignment and cooperation with the global UI/UX team.
    • UI/UX
      • Design user flows and low fidelity wireframes.
      • Participate in the creation of user stories.
      • Create high fidelity mock-ups and/or prototypes.
      • Create user-centered designs by understanding business requirements, the voice of the customer, user journeys, customer feedback and usability findings.
      • Communicate with product and engineering teams, as well as business stakeholders and executive leadership.
We are happy to hear from you if you have:

  • Extensive experience in converting functional requirements into screen designs and user flows that allow for a fluent user experience and efficient management of business processes and data.
  • Extensive experience in creating designs and user flows in cooperation with product teams, business analysts and engineering teams.
  • Excellent knowledge of UI/UX design patterns and the ability of distributing this knowledge to engineering teams.
  • Experience in designing complex input and visualization screens involving a variety of data input components (autocomplete, picklist, ...), data presentation components (table, tree, tree table, charts, ...) and screen layouts.
  • You work on a daily basis with prototyping/design tools like Figma, Sketch, Axure, Adobe CC.
  • Experience with web, mobile & responsive design.
  • Experience in creating a consistent user experience, user stories. Experience in user research and user testing, creating user personas and gathering data to make informed design decisions.
  • Excellent oral and UX Documenting skills
  • Experience with Atlassian Tools (JIRA, Confluence, BitBucket, Bamboo)
  • Knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, CSS and CSS based technologies.
  • Familiarity with limitation of front-end frameworks such as Angular & React.
  • Understanding of the entire web application development process (design, development and deployment).
  • Awareness of micro front-end solutions
  • Ability to work in a multi-cultural multi-functional environment where consensus is critical for success.
  • Conceptual thinking: Understands the underlying issues in most situations and relates some similarities between situations that are not obviously connected through the use of concepts, models or previous experiences
  • English Fluent verbal and written (& Dutch Plus)
