Job Overview
We are looking for a talented and collaborative UI/UX Product Designer to create intuitive, user-centered digital experiences across web and mobile applications. In this role, you will work closely with product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders to transform complex workflows into simple, engaging, and scalable user experiences. You will contribute to every stage of the product design lifecycle—from discovery and research to wireframing, prototyping, high-fidelity design, and implementation.
Key Responsibilities
Product & Experience Design
- Design end-to-end user experiences for web applications, with mobile application experience considered an asset.
- Translate complex business processes, operational workflows, and user requirements into intuitive, user-friendly interfaces.
- Create user flows, wireframes, mockups, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
- Conduct UX research and apply usability best practices throughout the design process.
- Continuously improve user experiences based on feedback, testing, and product insights.
- Ensure responsive and accessible designs that align with modern UX standards.
Design Systems
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of a scalable design system.
- Create reusable UI components, patterns, and documentation to support design consistency.
- Promote design standards across products while enabling efficient development.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure accurate implementation of design specifications.
AI-Assisted Design & Prototyping
- Leverage AI-powered design tools to accelerate ideation, exploration, and iteration.
- Develop interactive prototypes using Figma or similar design tools to validate concepts quickly.
- Explore opportunities to integrate AI into design workflows to improve productivity and quality.
Collaboration
- Partner closely with software engineers throughout implementation to ensure design feasibility and quality.
- Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to understand business goals and user needs.
- Participate in design reviews, sprint planning, and cross-functional discussions.
- Balance speed, usability, and visual quality while delivering impactful product experiences.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 3+ years of experience in UI/UX Design, Product Design, or Interaction Design.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design processes and polished UI execution for web applications.
- Experience designing products within engineering, timeline, and business constraints.
- Proficiency with Figma and modern prototyping tools.
- Solid understanding of usability principles, accessibility standards (WCAG), responsive design, and interaction design.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience designing mobile applications (iOS, Android, or cross-platform).
- Experience contributing to or maintaining a design system.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted design tools and workflows.
- Experience designing enterprise software, SaaS platforms, operational tools, dashboards, or workflow management systems.
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
- Basic understanding of front-end technologies to support effective developer collaboration.
