Fintech & Digital Finance Analyst / Consultant

We are taking applications for our Fintech & Digital Finance Analyst role, who will support us in Digital Finance in the following business line;

• Business growth (e.g. Fintech market entry, market assessment & research, digital finance customer insights, digital finance business strategy support),
• Fintech and/or Digital Finance strategy & alliance consultancy,
• Establishment of the Banks, Digital Banks, Payment Companies, E-money Companies, Other Financial Companies (business & technology consultancy, regulatory compliance & consultancy),
• Operational & technological process improvements and process designs of the digital finance companies,
• Legislative and Regulatory consulting in accordance with Banking Regulation and Supervision Agency, Central Bank of Turkey, Capital Market Board regulations,
• Regulatory consultancy for blockchain & cryptocurrency companies according to new Turkish Crypto Regulation,
• Open banking & Service Model Banking licence consultancy,
• Digital Onboarding process design and implementation consultancy.

The ideal candidate’s qualifications:

• For Analyst: Maximum of 1 year experience in an digital finance sector (payment & electronic money companies, banks, big four companies, technology consulting companies etc)
• For Consultant: 3-4 years experience in an digital finance sector (payment & electronic money companies, banks, big four companies, technology consulting companies etc)
• IT Audit and IT Risk Assurance experience is a plus,
• E-money & Payment institutions experience is a plus,
• Fluency in English is a must,
• Analytical skills,
• Excellent written and oral communication skills,
• Personal impact and interpersonal skills,
• Ability to operate in high performing teams,
• Proficiency in MS Office programs.
