Role Description:
The HR Coordinator will support day-to-day HR operations including recruitment coordination, function-specific induction, organizing employee engagement activities such as monthly townhalls and events, and preparing HR dashboards and reports. The role involves maintaining accurate HR data, ensuring timely onboarding processes, and assisting in general HR administration. Strong organizational, communication, and Excel skills are essential for effectively managing multiple HR processes and supporting smooth HR function delivery.
Qualification:
- MBA in Human Resource or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant HR coordination experience.
- Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills.
- Proficiency in MS office (Excel, PowerPoint), HRIS, and reporting tools.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Proactive team player with attention to detail.
