What we’re looking for

We are looking for a Product Operations Specialist to support the Product team in building the next generation of the professional social network. The ideal candidate for this role will be proficient in Google Workspace tools (Docs, Slides, Sheets), be eager to dive into data, and have experience assisting with general administrative tasks in a Product or Operations team. 

What you’ll do

• Support the Product team by creating regular reports and dashboards that track key product metrics, user behavior, and product performance.
• Prepare presentation materials and support slide creation for Product Managers using Google Slides and other Google Workspace tools.
• Analyze product data to uncover trends, patterns, and insights that inform product strategy and enhancements.
• Assist in data cleanup efforts to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and accessibility across the product team.
• Conduct market research to inform product strategy and feature design.

Your skills and experience

• Proficient in Google Workspace tools, including Docs, Sheets, and Slides.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and communicate findings effectively.
• Experience in administrative or support roles, preferably within a product or operations team.
• High attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a cross-functional team.
