About The Role
We’re looking for a Product Marketing Manager to bridge the gap between growth, brand, and our users. You’ll be responsible for shaping how we position and communicate Félix’s value across our website, landing pages, and referral program touch points.Your core mission will be to optimize the full funnel experience, ensuring that messaging is clear, consistent, and culturally resonant, while improving UX/UI to drive measurable impact on conversion, activation, and retention KPIs. You'll craft and execute high-performing narratives that not only tell our story, but also move users to action.

About The Role
We’re looking for a Product Marketing Manager to bridge the gap between growth, brand, and our users. You’ll be responsible for shaping how we position and communicate Félix’s value across our website, landing pages, and referral program touch points.Your core mission will be to optimize the full funnel experience, ensuring that messaging is clear, consistent, and culturally resonant, while improving UX/UI to drive measurable impact on conversion, activation, and retention KPIs. You'll craft and execute high-performing narratives that not only tell our story, but also move users to action.
Responsibilities
- Own and evolve messaging across Félix’s marketing surfaces: website, landing pages, referral flows, emails, and more.
- Collaborate with Design and Product to optimize UX/UI for clarity, consistency, and conversion
- Partner with Growth to develop, launch, and test high-impact campaigns, with a strong focus on measurable outcomes
- Define and maintain our messaging hierarchy, tone of voice, and content consistency across touchpoints
- Audit and improve the performance and clarity of our referral program communication
- Analyze user behavior and funnel data to inform copy decisions and surface new growth opportunities
- 3+ years of experience in product marketing, growth marketing, or conversion-focused content strategy
- Native or bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English
- Strong understanding of Latino audiences and cultural dynamics
- Familiarity with tools like Figma, Google Analytics, Amplitude, Clarity, or Posthog.
- Proven experience crafting landing pages and messaging that drive results
- A sharp eye for UX/UI best practices and cross-functional collaboration
- Analytical mindset and comfort working with data to guide decisions
