Job Title: DEV Engineer – Private Banking Applications

Location: Brussels, Hybrid (50% Onsite / 50% Homeworking)

About the Role

Are you passionate about crafting efficient software solutions in a business-critical environment? We're looking for a DEV Engineer to join our Private Banking division. You'll work closely with a small, agile team to develop, maintain, and support in-house applications tailored for our front-office and support staff.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both development and end-user interaction, thrives in a mixed Run & Change environment, and is eager to make a real impact in the day-to-day operations of a bank.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop new functionalities for a custom-built CRM system tailored to Private Bankers
• Maintain and improve existing internal applications
• Provide user support via email and phone (first, second, and third-line support)
• Work in close collaboration with business users, ensuring fast delivery and responsiveness
• Operate in a hybrid work model: 50% onsite and 50% remote

Technical Skills

Mandatory:

• C#
• WPF
• AngularJS
• HTML & CSS

Preferred:

• SQL Server
• Entity Framework

Profile & Experience

• 5+ years of relevant experience in software development
• Experience in a banking or financial services environment is a strong plus
• Ability to work autonomously while collaborating effectively within a small team
• Strong communication skills to support business users directly

Language Requirements

• Professional level in French (preferred) or Dutch
• Good proficiency in a second national language is a plus
• Working knowledge of English
