Pentesting Coordinator

We are partnering with a leading name in financial services to find a skilled Pentesting Coordinator. If you’ve got a passion for cybersecurity, thrive in high-responsibility environments, and enjoy working closely with internal teams and external vendors, we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Do

• As the go-to person for penetration testing coordination, you’ll:
• Ensure the smooth planning and execution of tests
• Define test scopes and validate results
• Work with external suppliers and internal teams
• Report findings clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Follow up on remediation efforts
• Contribute to risk assessments and quality assurance of testing activities

What You Bring

• 3+ years of experience in penetration testing
• Strong coordination/project management experience
• Solid technical grounding in web apps, APIs, infrastructure & networks
• Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, and Teams
• Fluency in both Dutch and English
• Banking sector knowledge or exposure to security standards (e.g. OWASP, CVEs) is a plus

Bonus if you can:

• Interpret architecture diagrams
• Retest security vulnerabilities independently
• Communicate clearly across all levels of the business
