Job Title: System Mgt Support

Contract Duration: 06 months with the possibility of extension.

Location: Brussels

Working Environment: Hybrid

Overview: We are seeking a skilled and proactive L2 Windows System Engineer to support and enhance our Microsoft Windows endpoint environment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Windows 11 managed through SCCM and Intune, and a background in troubleshooting, system patching, and application distribution. This role requires close collaboration with our helpdesk team and a good understanding of ITIL-based problem management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide Level 2 support for Microsoft Windows endpoints (primarily Windows 11)
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to:
• System patching
• Application and OS distribution via SCCM and Intune
• Windows system performance and errors (Event Logs, etc.)
• Collaborate with the helpdesk team (ServiceNow) to manage incidents and service requests
• Apply ITIL principles to problem management, including:
• Identifying and documenting workarounds and permanent fixes
• Understanding what incidents and problems are
• Create and maintain support documentation for recurring issues, automated solutions, and troubleshooting guides
• Utilize PowerShell and other tools for automation and diagnostics
• Participate in continuous improvement of endpoint management processes

Required Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience in Windows 11 support and administration
• Good knowledge of SCCM and Intune for endpoint management
• Familiarity with ServiceNow
• Solid understanding of problem management concepts
• Ability to document technical procedures and solutions clearly
• Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and Windows diagnostics (Event Viewer, etc.)
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

Nice-to-have:

• Experience with Entra ID
• Knowledge of Intune configuration and policies
• Basic understanding of networking and proxy flows (e.g., access requirements, firewall rules)
