📝 **About the Role:

We are currently seeking a** Network Specialist with a strong background in IT infrastructure and network support to join our team in Munich, Germany on a short-term contract. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals who are CCNA and CCNP certified **and looking to apply their skills in a dynamic and hands-on environment.

🧩 Key Responsibilities:

• Provide end-to-end network support: troubleshooting, investigation, configuration, and implementation
• Conduct network health checks and ensure system stability
• Offer desktop and Office IT support (hardware/software diagnostics, testing, upgrades)
• Support a range of IT infrastructure, including:
• Servers
• Networks
• Security systems
• Applications
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and optimize infrastructure performance

🎓 Qualifications:

• Mandatory certifications:
• ✅ CCNA
• ✅ CCNP

• Language requirements:
• ✅ German: B2 minimum
• ✅ English: B2 minimum

• Strong practical experience in network and infrastructure troubleshooting
• Hands-on skills in server, network, and connection troubleshooting
• Experience with desktop support and hardware/software maintenance
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

🌟 Nice to Have:

• Previous experience in a multilingual or international IT support environment
• Additional certifications in security or cloud infrastructure

• Candidates with less experience may be considered for non-senior roles, provided they have solid, practical working experience in related areas.
• This is an on-site role; remote work is not available.
